At Middleton and Dinsdale Medical Practice all patient services are provided at ground floor level.
If access proves difficult to any of our patients, we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement.
Currently the practice provides:-
- Automatic doors with widened doorways.
- Accessible toilets, changing places facility.
- Low desk <800mm.
- Pull cords in toilets/shower.
- Designated wider parking bays.
- Dropped kerbs.
- Approach to practice is slight incline i.e. no steps.
- Clear unobstructed signage identifies building externally and reception area internally .
- Large font leaflets are available if requested.
- Guide or other assistance dogs are allowed into the premises.
- Private room facilities for patients who may have communication, reading, or writing difficulties.
